Festivals and outdoor events

Hidden Cities are specialists in the creation and delivery of unique cultural festivals and outdoor events.

We offer a spectrum of services in this area, from concept development, fundraising, bringing partners on board and programming, to the marketing, PR, production, health and safety, licensing, management on the weekend and evaluation. Hidden Cities can look after as much, or as little of this process as you require.

We are unique in our approach to delivery. All of our festivals have an absolute focus on locality, shying away from ‘shipping in’ cultural, artistic and sporting content wherever possible, which, in our opinion, has a much lesser impact on the area in the long term. Instead, we work positively and constructively to invest in developing skills and ideas from the local area to develop a programme which is quality, inspirational and creates new opportunities for those who experience it.

We offer an optional 'training' service with our festivals and events, working with local individual(s) from the area who shadow the delivery process, and develop the skills themselves to be able to manage the event on an ongoing basis.
