FAYRE ON THE SQUARE

Hidden Cities provided Production Management services for Fayre on the Square, a fantastic outdoor fundraising event organised by local charity, The National Hospital Development Foundation, which took place on Saturday 26th June 2010.

As Camden Council's Charity of the Year, NHDF decided to organise a family fun day in Brunswick Square, Bloomsbury, with activities from bouncy castles and fun fair, to crafts tents, village fete games, punch and judy, a music and dance stage and even a bug show! The event was a huge success with glorious sunshine and lots of smiling and happy visitors all helping to raise money for this great cause.

The Hidden Cities production team worked closely with NHDF from the initial planning stages to the delivery on the day, and looked after all Health and Safety, licensing, production and technical elements to ensure the day ran smoothly and safely.
